Product main function

1.Online monitoring of the short circuit fault and earth fault, over-current, off line, theft case, load current, lack of phase, line charged off power, sending and instructions, distribution transform monitoring, user boundary fault terminal, acquisition real-time data of circuits, and so on.

Fault indicator installing guide


1.Put the indicator into the installing cup and let the spring up by U-type spring lifter. (Installing cup fixed with hot stick.)


2.Fix the spring by hook in the installing cup. Make sure two spring all fixed by hook of two side.pull out the U-type spring lifter.


3.After two spring all fixed by hook in the installing cup, raise up the installing cup with indicator by hot stick and upward force quickly to the cable.


4.Pull down the hot stick with installing cup, the indicator would be fixed on the cable. If failed repeat from 1 step. (Be careful of falling off)

 Fault indicator uninstalling guide


1.Fixed the installing cup on the hot stick, Turn the screw on the both side of the installing cup. Make the PVC sheet upspring


2.Aim to the uninstalling indicator, then upward force, until the PVC sheet lock the indicator.


3.Pull down the hot stick slowly until the indicator is separated from the cable.


4.Turn the screw on the both side of the installing cup. Make the PVC sheet retract, take out the fault indicator.

1. Q: Are you a direct manufacturer and exporter from China?

A: Yes, we are. We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce our own products all by ourselves.


2. Q: Where’s your factory located?

A: Our factory locates in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, China. It takes about 30mins by car from Wenzhou International Airport to our factory. From Shanghai to Wenzhou 45mins by air, from Shanghai to Yueqing 4hours by high-speed rail.

Welcome to visit our factory anytime. We will pickup you at airport or railway station.


3. Q: When can I get the price from you?

A: Please send us inquiry to us via website or email, and you can give us a call to tell us if your needs urgent, we’ll reply you within 24hours.


4. Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A: We provide less than $50 free samples, upon you pay the courier fee. You can require for samples to check our quality. If we have stock for the models you need, the samples can be sent to you within 3 days through FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.


5. Q: How long is the lead time?

A: Usually it takes around 3-30days after sample confirmed and deposit received (Depends on order quantity and sales season). If you need the goods urgently, please tell us, and we will try our best to give you priority.


6. Q: What should I provide if I want my own brand packaging or printing?

A: Usually you can provide us information either the four ways listed below:

1. Your brand authorizing.

2. sample packaging for us to copy.

3. layout or 3D drawing of the packaging or design.

4. the size of the product to be packed inside.


7. Q: How can I pay you?

A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

The most common way to pay us is by T/T. L/C, Western Union is also acceptable.


8. Q: Can I check quality of goods before delivery?

A: Yes, either you or your company colleagues, or a third party is welcome to our factory to do the inspection before delivery.


9. Q: How the goods are delivered to me?

A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder(FOB price). Or if you don’t have one, we can quote you CNF or CIF price.


10. Q: What about the warranty

A: We promise one year warranty, (non-artificial damage all the products free replacement within one year ) For big project our engineer service abroad.
